Under the fun tutelage of Pier Paolo Galet, from the family run Bottega company, you will learn about the various forms Prosecco takes including classic ODC, DOCG, unfiltered, organic and premium. Whilst you taste the different Proseccos you will enjoy a selection of Italian aperitivi, which aim to highlight the food which marriages perfectly with Prosecco.
